McDonald's in Meissen

After visiting again, only one star! It was not possible to redeem a voucher. I was clearly told they were making the mistake. First I was sent to the order terminal "you have to order there". Then I ordered online because I wanted to redeem a voucher, no order in the system! After checking my cell phone, the staff told me I am not in the branch! I have waived further service. There is a need for training in terms of service!

I think it's a cheek to pay more afterwards and then the children didn't even have a present from their Happy Meal, something like this has never happened to me at other MC Donalds. Doesn't work at all.

Not even worth a star ... Unfriendly service, especially the young man with the tattoo on his forearm, Live your Life, he has never heard of wearing a mouth-nose mask properly either! Hardly any stress-resistant employees and you wait forever for the order!

Today I waited over an hour with what felt like 10 other customers. We were completely ignored when we tried to pay cash. The card payers and MC Drive customers were preferred. When we kept pointing out that we would like to pay. If we were turned on stupidly (especially by the black-haired mid-50s lady) then after 1 hour and 25 minutes we received our food. The people who stood behind us. Definitely still standing. That was the last time . That I was in the branch in Meißen.

Only one star because I unfortunately noticed too late that something was missing in my bag for a week and I was almost at home and the way would have been too far to go again, you are really disappointed or angry, especially since you had paid for it One can only say pointless, so next time you should better check on site.

Everything went well. From ordering to delivery, things are already going very smoothly. That was not the case a year ago. Keep up the good work, you are on the right track. But in terms of friendliness there was never anything to complain about. Thank you very much and I'll be back.

I recently came back out of embarrassment and got an order from Togo. Since it is currently not allowed to eat in the parking lot, I noticed at home that my order was not complete. Customer loyalty is different ...

The visit to the McDonalds in Meißen today was a complete disappointment! The actually gluten-free fries were contaminated. As a result, one family member could not eat. Instead of regretting it, the shift manager said: "What should I do there?". The couple behind me were rudely pointed out that only one person per family is allowed to enter the "restaurant". The highlight was waiting for me at home: The most expensive part of the order (Big Tasty), which cost almost 25 euros, was completely missing! I don't think I'll be going back to Meißen to McDonalds anytime soon. To be fair, one has to say that it has worked out well there in the past. It is because of the staff present.

So I really have to say that you leave something to be desired. Something is always forgotten, despite the long waiting times.

We were there today for about three quarters of an hour, it wasn't busy, but it looked like hell. The tables were totally dirty, the trolleys for the trays overcrowded! The staff sat in the back room with a coffee gossip or stood behind the counter with folded arms! DIE can save the notes with hygiene regulations. 😠😠😠

It's a shame that you can't improve your personnel planning. Far too few people with too many customers. You wait forever and then it's cold too. And then these paper drinking straws that don't work, everything tastes like paper.

Unfriendly staff, orders are not changed if you ask for them or incorrectly or incompletely recorded. Just sad for such a big company ... Unfortunately you cannot give a 0 star rating.

Is it because of Meissen or is there actually no more skilled workers. The drive-in cashier wasn't a specialist. The accepted banknote is not placed on the cash register but in the cash register and promptly gives out the wrong change. If you make them aware of it, it will also be soggy. Welcome to Meißen's communication desert. No thanks no more with me.

I always order to take away. Unfortunately, once again not getting what was ordered. Nothing has been going on since the new system.

Really bad experience. We ordered drinks and got them without straws and after asking the staff to give us the straws they, for some reason refused, even tho we saw that they weren't out of stock.

We pass by this place while we are driving through the area. The staff made us feel very uncomfortable. They kept asking us where from where. For some reason they thought we are refugees. Disgusting.

I love the foods and the crews are also nice but I hope they provide more seats because sometimes it's too crowded inside. 😇😘

The standard McDonald's experience. Staff are friendly, drive-thru is speedy, premises are well-kept. There's a small outdoor play area for kids with some tables and a parking lot.
